Display Location/Zone on UCP

Hi,

On my UCP, I currently have a little a little box which displays the user's owned houses. Here's an image below -



I wanted to add a column which display's the location of the house, but I'm not quite sure how. Something like this -



I thought I could somehow do something with the zones array I use in my gamemode, but I'm not quite sure how I'd be able to implement that in PHP. I know this might seem a little off-topic, but I didn't know where else to put this.
