MySQL / PHP User Control Panel

Hey there

For my server, I am looking for a developer who could create an advanced UCP created in PHP reading from MySQL.
It is slightly impossible to find a (good)web developer on this forums (believe me I went through a lot of profiles).

Is there anyone available for this job? Or could you refer me to someone who is?
