What Is This ?
This is a simple filterscript for beginners and who can't compile large GM's
so it make players running fast as CJ running style
It contains just 1 Line and tooks me 1/4 minute

How To Install It ?
1 ° Extract SPED.AMX and SPED.PWN to /Filterscripts/
2 ° Add SPED to filtescripts so it will be looking like that:
3 ° Run your server and enjoy it!
Note : you can skip step 2 and using this cmd
you can load this fs , when your server stops/restarts it will be unloaded
