Variables.

so my question is, 2 variables, same name, different local functions, wont cause conflicts? also, for opening a file for some player i redirect it all to one function, like openfile(playerid); and that function has format(file, my question here is can using that at many places in different occasions for different players cause one file to be opened for the wrong player? this might be confusing so if u got any questions lemme know.
