Non-Sample Online Servers

I hope you guys help me, I've been having this problem since Friday

My Router is a Level One WBR-3418 can you give me a force here
Following

I changed my net Tuesday ... When I went to enter the SAMP Online Game GTA Online, The Servers for me were Off But when I went to look Only the Servers with the PORT 7777 that were Off for me
E The others were Normal with Different Ports
Then I started to find that it was the Gate of my Net that was Blocked
I called the Carrier, Asking to unlock Door 7777
Hj Cara called me from the Net saying that the door was released unlocked
But when I went into SAMP again to CONTINUE off the servers with Port 7777
and Any server that does not have Port 7777 Normal Port only 7777 that does not handle
can you help me? I will be very grateful indeed!
I've done everything but nothing works just handle Using VPN but it's too bad to use vpn too lagged, does anyone help?
