Problem while installing

Hello, I don't know whether I should post it here or not.

My brother was re-installing his laptop and and he removed all content present in C: disk and when I tried to install new windows on that laptop, I got this warning. No window is installed and I tried online solutions , but its only valid if we have windows installed already.

Please help
