Fight with punch outside the map limit and handle .dat file

Good evening

1) I think you know that it is not possible to punch an other player outside the map limit, I am just suggesting a fix to allow the players to fight with theirs punch outside the limit.

2) The second proposition is to allow the modification .dat file like water.dat to allow to import a new map (like Vice City)
