Question about Blender and what it does?

Hi there.

Basically when I put files into the KDFF it gives me the make error 2 and I can't create a .collision.

However, if I put the .dff through blender and export as a .dff it works.

My question is: What does blender do to the file using the tool that was provided?

I have thousands of files that require collisions so any help would be appreciated as doing it 1 by 1 would take hours.
