Pet on shoulder system

Hello everyone, i want a system that allow admins to put a pet on their shoulder with a command.
The pets would be a Shark and turtle.
I know i could make this with SetPlayerAttachedObject or how its called, but i don't know how to shrink the size of the shark/turtle (they are objects).
