Samp server problem

Hi all

I have a CnR server and i had bought an hosted tab but the problem is ... it is taking time to query players and whenever i opens samp client it shows 0/0 then when i click on it only it takes 3-9 seconds to load player online and takes again 7 seconds to load players names. so the problem is.. only sometime only my server will be in hoated tab cuz of this problem nd it also takes time to load on hosted tab too...

Any way to fix it ??
i had already installed the firewall abd plugins tht is issued cuz of recent attack but this happend some days before..
