Hello, Last Wednesday me and my friend decided to buy a host in Vortex Servers [San Andreas Multiplayer with 100 slots and Custom Hostname Addons] so the cost is 16$, after we bought that we didn't receive the host yet and it is still PENDING.

I've decided to open a support ticket but no one is replying then i tried to contact them in FB but this is what they said.![]()
I didn't receive any refund yet on the card but when i tried to message them again they blocked me in messenger![]()
Then Yesterday we tried to buy again a server but it's happened again the i message them again using my mom's FB then they said the ordered is flagged as fraud again.

Then i requested a refund.
