Cloud Flare with server adress

Hello,
I need some help here, i have a .com domain, i use it to connect to my samp server , domain.com:7777.
Linking cloud-flare to my domain requires changing the name servers. after i set cloudflare , i can no longer join my server with domain.com:7777 , is there is a workaround to keep my website secured with cloudflare and keep joining my server using my domain at the same time?
