Maps bugged

Hi, can anyone tell me why maps are getting bugged when i put them in linux

So, i tested my script on localhost, everything was ok. I got a linux and i am trying to open a server now, i put them in linux and when i joined in game the command /gate was not working, even lspd gates were not there. Can anyone help me fix this and put them in game please? gates at lspd are missing and some other maps but they worked in localhost...
