I've a serious problem here, i try to search alots of times in google and check other topics but could not find the problem, the problem is that my streamer plugin isn't loading, rather than same thing happens with sscanf but native checker , whirlpool works fine, AND I'VE LATEST VERSION OF SSCANF, THIS ISN'T THE PROBLEM.
